Agent G2 is sent to Dallas, TX to Help Agent G4 Retrieve an allegedly stolen technology disk that the agency does not want on the streets. Meanwhile in St. Louis Mo. Agent G5 and G3 Go undercover investigate a new type of steroid drug that gives athletes a 3 minute edge over their opponents called "Rage Rush"
Mixx, the brother of Agent G5 has some how acquired the disk and uses the technology to build a weapon for his own personal revenge against Charlie(Clyde), Who thinks Mixx is dead and tries to take over territories that were once controlled by Mixx.
