Agent G2 is sent to Dallas, TX, to help Agent G4 retrieve an allegedly stolen technology disk that the agency doesn’t want on the streets. Meanwhile in St. Louis, MO, Agent G5 and G3 Go undercover investigate a new type of steroid drug that gives athletes a 3 minute edge over their opponents called "Rage Rush." Mixx, the brother of Agent G5, has acquired the disk and uses the technology to build a weapon for his own revenge. After Agent G2 is awakened by a dream and a malfunctioning satellite downloads secret classified information that Mixx murdered Agent G1 and that G4 withheld Intel from him, he becomes distrustful of "The Men of Action" and the S.C.O. (Secret Covert Office) but nevertheless, he and G4 steal a military helicopter to fly to St Louis to assist Agent G5 before his cover is blown!
